About the event
World Mental Health day.
We want to welcome our community to a free session to experience a guided breath workshop.
Using the Wim Hof Method your guide will take you on a journey of breath and relaxation.
Please note all participants must have a basic level of health and unfortunately we cannot take anyone in the session during pregnancy or if you have epilepcy, high blood pressure or history of strokes.
Please consult a medical professional before participating if you have a serious health condition.
