Service Description
A 4 week course, covering all the basics of Reformer Pilates. A workshop style weekly class with Q & A with highly experienced Stott Pilates Instructor. Week 1: Understanding the Reformer and Pilates Principals Week 2: Personal Postural Analysis through Pilates exercises. Week 3: Understanding The Spine. Week 4: Understanding Your body in space. Each Class will be a combination of Movement and theory to give you the knowledge to excel in your Pilates journey and be ready to move into A mixed ability class. With a chance to share your goals, concerns and be given a tailored approach for you. Whether a beginner or wanting to understand the basics of Pilates, this course is for you. Cancellation Policy
This is a 4 week course. All parts must be completed and there will be no refunds or exchanges for missed sessions. Cancellation up to 1 week before start time = 75% refund. Cancellation after this is non refundable. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time. Wear something you feel comfortable in. No zips on backs of trousers. You are participating at your own risk and P.I.LATES and any teachers are not liable for any injury occured. Please complete Health Declaration before commencing.
