Cancellation Policy

PLEASE CHECK THE LOCATION ON YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION IS THE CORRECT LOCATION. Parking - Please use the Public Car park as you enter the Old Kennels. Parking is free for one hour, any time over this will be chargeable. P.I.LATES are not responsible for any parking charges issued, as it is an external company. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late comers may not be able to attend class. At P.I.LATES we understand that plans can change but if cancelling within 24 hours we will not be able to cancel or reschedule your class. In extreme circumstances we may transfer the booking to another date/time. This does not apply to classes that are fully booked (at any time). If you are outside of the 24 hour period please let us know you will not be in attendance so we can do our best to rebook the space. If within the 24 hour notice period and you have a package the class will be automatically credited to your account. If you are a pay as you go customer please get in contact to reschedule your class when cancelling. If you do not inform us (via chat/email or phone) that you will not be in attendance at least 1 hour before the start of class you will be charged a no show/late cancellation fee of £5. Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled by downloading the " Fit by Wix App" using code "PILATESAPP" In rare circumstances we need to change/cancel a class. If a class is cancelled on our part you will be provided with a class credit to rebook. If there is a change to the teacher of your class due to illness or last minute circumstances we regret that we cannot reschedule/refund this class. Payment is for the service and not a specific teacher. Please ensure you complete The Health declaration form before attending class. Thank you for your co-operation.
